Returns and Exchanges
Products must be new and unused to qualify for a return. Upon inspection we will provide a refund for the amount you paid to your original payment method. Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable. You may return items within 30 days of placing your order, providing items are new and unused. We will provide a return label, however, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be sure to inspect your package upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. If damage occurred to any of the items you ordered please contact us to report damages within 2 days. Free return shipping will be provided for items damaged in shipping and a replacement item or credit will be provided.
The fastest way to exchange a new and unused product is to contact us at email@example.com. Let us know you want to exchange an item, and send the parcel to: Candle Romance, 10350 N Vancouver Way #5176, Portland, OR 97217. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
